CJ-F12-Z hot melt adhesive semi-automatic box sealing machine is boxsealing series equipment researched and developed independently by our Companywith several modifications. It was finalized in 2012 and re-optimized andimproved in 2017.This equipment is suitable for packaging in industries such asfood, medicine, facial tissue, tool, electronic and so on.

Characteristics & advantages

1. According to years of market feedback as well as the continuous upgrading and reconstruction of our Company, the latest style was launched in 2017. The new product has characteristics such as simple adjustment, easy operation, energy saving and so on;

2. Good university, easy to change style; adjustable or fixed gluing jigs for sealing of cartons in various specifications are able to be provided according to user’s requirements;

3. The whole contact surface between the machine and carton adopts SUS304 stainless steel; melt glue cylinder is in teflon process coating which can comprehensively and completely eradicate the carbonization problem of hot melt adhesive;

4. The latest version of equipment is equipped with our patent box pattern guide device to completely eradicate box pattern which is not boxy; by transformation, the shortest sealable length can be adjusted to 45mm;

5. Anti-smudging lint can be added according to carton material and appearance requirements of the customer; anti-sliding device can be added according to product weight;

6. Glue dispensing shape is variable; it can be in spot, stripe or U-shape according to product and requirement of the customer; jigs equipped can also realize automatic sealing of hexagonal or octagonal boxes;

7. PLC programmable control; system operation is stable and reliable;

8. Code spraying transmission, 3D wrapping machine, labeling machine and so on are optional for the equipment;
